Twenty years in software, former CTO, now hands-on again as a one-person engineering team: me plus AI agents covering every role. Since March 2026 I have built the AI marketing and leasing system behind 14 apartment communities and 4,000+ units for a Texas multifamily management company — leads and signed leases up 40–70%.
Build Me is the same idea turned on myself. It is not open for registration: for now it is a tool I use alone, to keep a daily record, to show up consistently on LinkedIn and X, and to find and connect with the people I want to meet — founders, operators and engineers working on AI in real estate.
